ade sape2 motor standard kilang (kotak angin pon x usik pape), brape korang punye mainjet n pilotjet? aku punye standad lg, tpi pagi2 susah nak start n bwk slow dengan tarik lebih rpm6 mesti bobok. cadang nak up pilot semata 17.5 (aku xnak usik langsung kotak angin tu). ade pandangan?

ak aritu stndrd kling mmg jd gtu gak.. pg2 nk hduo kne trik chock.. pastu trik gear 1 2 semput2..
solution ak ak cbut kpla kt hjung kotak angin..buang tu slesai msalah..

try pkai PJ 22.5,MJ 180 ke ats klo moto stended gaban...
moto aq stndrd abiz,juz blok jek size besar 0.75(xde korek2)...MJ 195,PJ 25....

moto start pg susah nk idling (maintain hdup)...
timing rpm byk beza wktu panas dgn sejuk...
(bwat tggi time sejuk,time panas tggi sgt/bwat rendah time panas time sejuk rendah sgt)..

start pg nk panas btol baru leh jalan,law x moto blow...
rem2 pun xnk naik rpm makin blow....kena tggu panas jgak dlm 3-5 min...

agak2..ape yg xkena?pj besar sgt ke?

plug:tengah coklat,tepi hitam berkerak..

blok 0.25 stended carb catal pj 22.5 mj190 jarum asah ujung takuk tengah..
kotak angin buang span buang getah tebuk 20 lubang...

block std ker abg babet?..

timing/idle tinggi masa enjin panas sbb pilot kecil..(boleh jadi screw angin ada problem gak)

kalau remp jd blow(motor nak mati)..try setting kat jarum...naikkan jarum..atau asah lagi runcing.

kalau rpm x lepas try turun mainjet../ setting skru angin.

brdasarkan pengalaman peribadi aku la..hehe..


p/s:setting moto aku carb catal 185mj/pj 40. Razz pj besor..tp moto mmg nak pj mcm ni..aku rasa carb catal ngan carb std 125z mmg cerewet la..hehe

yup stended mended 0.25....timing beza time sejuk dgn panas tu xla byk,just xstatik mcm carb 125...(sejuk rpm1,panas pun rpm1)...

ohh blow ni pasal myk kurg la ni eh?k2....klaw up pj je ok x?law leh mls ak nk kacau jarum tu...

yg ak musykil nye,kaler plug ak kt tepi keliling hitam berkerak,ak suspect pj besar....hmmmm....kompius2....
