sape2 yg power setting, minx pndgn sket..yg x power pn bleh..haha
ni spec moto asal:

pilot - 32.5
mainjet - 255

piston lc 1.5
angin minyak dh port..ekzos port lebar je
head dh skim ngan dh wat kawah
karb tzm dh lay
pipe bm power cutting standed

set sblm ni ngam..plug cun..pick up sedap..tapi top hancus

so ak port blk..ni spec baru:

minyak ak port tinggi 1mm
ekzos ak port jd tinggi 29mm

pastu ak try set carb..ni simptom die:

1) pilot - 37.5 (kena bukak besar skru angin)
main - 275 (bobok->waktu nak remp die x lepas..rpm 8 je)

2) pilot - 35 ( bukak besar gak)
main - 265 ( x bobok sangat..rpm 9 je)

3) pilot - 37.5 ( bukak besar gak )
main - 270 ( bobok gak..rpm 9 gak)

4) pilot - 40 ( angin bukak dlm 3 1/2 )
main - 265 ( x bobok gak..rpm 9 gak)

5) pilot - 35 ( angin kena bukak besar)
main - 270 ( rpm 9 gak)

kalo plug lak, leh atas kering..tepi ok la coklat sket

persoalan aku:
1) 2t aku bukak besar gak..adakah 2t pon penyebab bobok
2) ape cdgn korg nak set due2 pilot ngan main ni? aku plan pasni pilot 42.5, main 260..ok x?

salam,aku plak nk mntk kwn2 tgk kn plug aku ni....ape yg ckup,ape yg xckup......

pilot = 20....
mainjet = 115 .....
ejoz da buang 1 sarang....
blok n head std.....

moto down time nek bukit xpon time nek 2 org.....
minyak xmcm dlu....larap giler ......bwk slow pon myk jahanam,lg2 la kalu nek 2 org...padahal aku xde usik ape2 pon pas servis dlm bulan 4 aritu...
dlm sebulan dua pas eksiden ni je moto aku len mcm...

kes minyak parak sgt tu kompem ade leaking mana2...sbb blok head stended...cuma ekzos je selapis..itupun seting yang sama sblm dan selepas eksiden kn...

reedvalve dah koyak ke...ke carb leaking...

reedvalve aku nk tgk ahad ni.....

salam ijat, aku punya pun pakai setting nie jugak, blok gan head standart, cuma pilot dan mainjet berlainan, nie spec motor aku mana tau aku boleh bantu

carb 125zr
pilot = 17.5
mainjet = 100
ekzos standart dah buang 1 sarang
blok gan head standart
setting angin = 1 setengah sahaja
kotak angin complete dengan span dan hidung.
warna plug = perang/cun

carb rxz mili
pilot = 22.5
mainjet = 185195
ekzos standart dah buang 1 sarang
blok gan head standart
setting angin = 1 setengah sahaja
kotak angin complete dengan span tetapi tiada hidung
warna plug = perang/cun

aku up pilot setakok je sebab pilot 15 susah nak start pagi2, aku pakai plug standart BP8es

tp aku ingAT nk tukar skali reedvalve aku tu ok x...sbb moto da 6thun....,barang dlm sume ori lg kecuali clutch n spring clutch...

lg 1,time aku tarek pikap,time shifting gear,bunyi mcm xde pon step penukaran gear tu...die mcm trus je memekak.....smpi gear6

try cek tgok jarum pelampung dlm carburator tu sekali..
aku pernah kena jarum tu dh kong so minyak petrol minitis je bwh enjin...

ni suma kes leaking ni..xde kaitan dgn setting..tambahan lak seting sblm eksiden sama dgn seting lepas eksiden...
so setting tu bkn puncanya...kekalkan je...

setting aku yang pilot 25, menjet 135, blok porting, head skimmed 2mm pun rasa save lg(boleh diterima akal lg la).... +berat rider 80kg...Razz

kes xde bunyi time tukar gear tu mksudnya mcm motor tak menyentap ke time shift gear?
selalu kalu rasa tak menyentap tu sbb spring clutch 4 biji tu dh tak main/tak keras...kalu dah tukar 4 biji spring tu nnt akan rasa la nak tekan clucth tu sakit sikit..
sbb spring baru..pikap pun jadi melantun lantun... Twisted Evil

bro skalian...aq baru set carb rxz smlm,blok 0.75 tp stndrd...yg lain sume stndrd,air filter pon aq pkai lg....tp tokey 2 tros set aq nyer mainjet 225,pilot 27.5...huhu...x besar sgt ker?
aq jeniz jrg mrembat....boleh kate slagi x jumpe hgway mmg xkn full trhottle.moto pagi td susah nk stat,cm minyak da abiz jek...haha...any sugestion?perlu x aq turun kn mainjet ke 215?


jetting ni bila aku full throttle time gerak(rpm 6-7k)..motor xble bla..mcm tersedak2 nak mati..(ni sbb rich ke?)ker sbb lean?

selalu kalu rasa tak menyentap tu sbb spring clutch 4 biji tu dh tak main/tak keras...kalu dah tukar 4 biji spring tu nnt akan rasa la nak tekan clucth tu sakit sikit..
sbb spring baru..pikap pun jadi melantun lantun... Twisted Evil

time aku kena tu ade minyak petrol asik menitis je...tu simptom yg aku kena la...
tak tau lak ade yg kes jarum yg kong tapi tak tunjuk apa2 simptom...

jarum tu guna untuk hold minyak dlm takung carb dari terus masuk ke carb..
so kalu jarum tu dh kong so petrol akan terus masuk ke carb lepas engine start..

jarum tu function mcm flush kt jamban umah tu...kalu xde pelampung tu kan air jamban tu melimpah...mcm tula...haha......

api?..aah ek..ade try wat direct api kt chasis moto?..api tu kuat tak..api tak kuat pun leh buat lg byk petrol luak sbb pembakaran tak lengkap...rpm bleh pergi smpi 7@ 8 x...
