DIY PEDAL BRAKE FOOTREST RB

kalo ade sape2 kat sini yg dah patah pedal brake tu disbbkn lupe nk lipat ke, atau pape lah...leh lar cuba diy cam ni..hrap dpt membntu..haha

1. cari btg besi mcm kat dlm gmbar ni...btg besi ni bleh didapati kat kedai basikal..aku xtau name dia ape..tp ko pegi kedai basikal ko tunjuk je kat basikal yg ade kat kedai tu..ckp sy mau btg besi dlm ni..tgk pic..

kepada yg telah DIY tukar clutch plate/spring atau tukar rantai/spoket blakang;
korang gune mata impact drill kn?(aku btol ke x nme ni) , pastu korang msuk dlm spanat T8 kn?
btol x?klu btol,bese harge stended mata dgn spanar T8 yg korang gune tu brape ringgit?yg berkualiti la..aritu aku tgk kt kedai hardware mata ni dlm rm10 gk..tu pasal tanye ni..tkt harge ni hrge ntuk mata mmg berkualiti tggi sgt2..
ade skali aku buke nat ekzos pakai T12 bli kt mydin,jadi bengkok T tu..xberkualiti tol..nat ekzos xleh bkk2 lak..

aku try pakai soda yg serbuk 2 menjadi la..
soda ni aku x beli
amek je kt tempat keje..
mmg diorang gunekn utk cuci2 kerak yg bermasalah je.hehehe.
1.tutup lubang ekzos yg blkg 2 ngan plastik jajan,pastu ikat dgn getah tebal2
2.tuang air panas..
3.taruk serbuk 2 sesedap rase..tp jgn penuh sgt taruk 2
4.peram 3 hari..
5.dh blh kuarkan kerak(byk jgk la)
6.basuh ekzos ngan paip.pastikan xde kerak,serbuk yg tertinggal...
7.keringkan air dlm ekzos..
8.selamat mencuba Do It Yourself - (D.I.Y) - Page 2 713611
