port mksudnye pelabuhan melibatkan perubahan dimension/ukuran asal spec standard..
polish cme michelinmelichinkan segala lubang n permukaan yg kasar..

*aku tk pk pn cmne nk polish lubang2 kt blok, sbb mmg tnk buat. hahaha.. brg 'standard' maa.. ade kelebihannye.. Wink

knocking tu bile mnyk lebih la ahben..
knocking = premature ignition..pembakaran berlaku sblm piston berada pada kedudukan top dead centre (TDC)..

biase org setting..tak ngam sgt..mesti ade knocking sikit supaya boleh berbahagia meroket di highway tanpa rasa risau Laughing

biase kuar kt sambungan hos carb ke kotak angin,mmg ptt servis dah tue,buat sekali top overhaul,mesti ringan mesin lps tue..

yg aku perasan..
kalau pakai carb 125z..boleh dpt top speed at top rpm..tp susah nk maintain..
pakai carb rxz..top speed same je..tp boleh maintain walaupun highway tu naek bukit sikit..

Causes of pre-ignition include the following:

* Carbon deposits form a heat barrier and can be a contributing factor to preignition. Other causes include: An overheated spark plug (too hot a heat range for the application). Glowing carbon deposits on a hot exhaust valve (which may mean the valve is running too hot because of poor seating, a weak valve spring or insufficient valve lash).

* A sharp edge in the combustion chamber or on top of a piston (rounding sharp edges with a grinder can eliminate this cause).

* Sharp edges on valves that were reground improperly (not enough margin left on the edges).

* A lean fuel mixture.

* Low coolant level, slipping fan clutch, inoperative electric cooling fan or other cooling system problem that causes the engine to run hotter than normal.

* Auto-ignition of engine oil droplets

salam bro . Kalo moto size piston size dah 2.0 tp pikup dye kuat . Tp top langsung xbole . Head da potong 1.2 . Pj 23 mj 196 xsilap . Crb rxz . Cm ne erk nk kasI top tu naik siket .

Faiz: blok tk port rpm mmg tkleh nek tinggi bro.. jd lemau lepas 2kilo carik top speed pn psl dh overrev kot. piston 2.00 kalo porting ngam, setting ngam, nk wat long distance menten outmeter pn boley.. tp ajak skilo lg sy takot~ tup, tup, tup pegi dier.. pale

dari ape yg aku blajar heat and fluid..
knocking tu premature ignition = pembakaran pra matang.. mase compression process..pembakaran berlaku sblm piston tu smpai ke atas..oleh sebab tu..ade rase berat sikit..
kt jepun..kete2 racing kt sane..yg da modi sana sini..masuk piston besa gedabak..compression bertambah kaw2 punye..knocking gerenti berlaku..terpaksa pakai minyak ron tggi..ade yg smpai ron105 utk elakkan knocking tu..
itu kereta..pakai system valve..function die still same..tggi RON number..lg lmbt pembakaran..just utk elakkan pembakaran pra matang..

kene tau..knocking ni..rase berat sikit..menurut yg dihighlight merah tu..engine panas..bile engine panas..jem panas bakal berlaku.. sblm jem panas berlaku akan ade rase berat2 sbb piston or ring tu da nk lekat dgn sleeve...
takdenye knocking sbb mnyk kurang..kalau kurang bobos terus..

kite ni pakai moto..utk performance mantop..tak payah knocking pon takpe..
nk slmt bg knocking sikit..
knocking byk sgt jd bobok..

tahle..tggu jela otai2 tlg jwb..

p/s: fuel mixture tu kan campuran minyak dan udara.. lean fuel mixture tu bukan ratio campuran mnyk dan udara tak balance ke?? scratch

kenapa pakai ron97 boleh tambah performance compare dgn ron95?
sbb die..ron 97 pembakaran lmbt sikit..knocking kurang sikit..so moto rase ringan sikit..

yup betul cm anda ckp.
klu tande2 piston nk bobos, mmg rase berat skit.

tp pengalaman ak

2 piston bobos,mmg x de bunyi knocking.
rpm naek tetibe dari yg biase sedar2 da bunyi tus je.

1 piston jem panas.
sme gk rpm naek tetibe sedar2 trus lekat.
ak tarik clutch n tgu smpai pelan skit n trus drop gear n jalan.
cz da tawu cnfirm blok calar nye.

elok2 ak pakai enduro 0.0
skrnk da jadik enduro 0.50.

bro nak tnya sket r ... 2 minggu lpas aq baru rebore moto aq pas 2 skunk nyh da mcm lmbab smcam jer pick up pown kurang nak nek top pown lambat pas 2 paling laju 160 jer skunk nie singgle rider sbelom 2 nek 2 orang pown boleh g 180 lg ... apakah masalah beliau agaknya ??
