tiang lengkung dpn port minyak tu aku yg suh pomen potong setengah..di pandang muka aku pelik je..

ni lak ukuran dari atas lobang ekzos sampi atas blok(yg sentuh head)..dulu sblm potong adala dlm 31mm tingginya..lepas porting lobang ekzos jd dlm 29mm

ha ni la yg aku kata ke tepi 2mm keatas 1mm...

pada pendapat akula,porting ke tepi ni bgus gak dari aku porting lobang ekzos keatas...
sbb rami yg ckp porting ketas rpm mmg le naik lg tinggi(gear 5)...tp start masuk gear 6 rpm jatuh giler2 kaw pye..
x rekomen pada yg pki sproket kecik2+bdn berat..nnti rpm bila masuk gear 6 jatuh giler2..so kt situ sproket lak main peranan nak cover rpm yg drop tu..

sbnrnya aku dh try mintak mbr kg aku portingkan bg siap abis 4 stage ke last stage ke aku xkisah termasuk setting carb sekali..
tp dia xberani..dia kata sblm nak porting ni pun lobang ekzos aku mmg dh kne korek...takot start masuk gear 6 nnti drop giler2 & last2 aku buang dalam sungai je jd tukun tiruan..
so aku dgn degilnya hantar kt apek cina bengkel kt segamat watkan..suh dia porting ke tepi sekian2 keatas sekian2

haha..tah..aku xtipu..ssh nak dpt rpm 9.5...kne tunduk gak..top takat 140-150kmh je
antara joki xpandai tarik gear@ mesin mmg xpower@meter ralat..
pasal meter aku xkisah sgt..tahla..mmg xpower la..hehe

anyway rumah bearing crankshaft aku dh teruk la...bising giler bunyi ring(free play kt rod dh makin mengganas)
pegi mana bengkel pun pomen geleng kepala bunyi ring aku yg luar biasa..
bila rumah bearing crankshaft dh hancur,crankshaft jd dh xbalance,pulse magnet pun akan goyang..so lepas tu api spark pun akan jadi xcantik...
dhla coil api aku lokel mari pye...mmg bertambah xcantik la api tu...

so kesimpullnya kalau blok dh buat pun tapi part2 lain dh tunggu ajal xlaju gak..
mmg kne oberhaul la moto akuni jwbnya...

geeks: sedap eh..waa jgn racun aku..kalu tukar bearing je aku gagah lg..ni aku suspect rumah bearing aku pun dh "mkn"..aku wat sikit2 geeks..ade gak la dlm 2 kali..
1st time just porting sesedap rasa..bg tajam port angin(lobang ekzos xusik)..RM25
then xpuas hati sgt..nafsu giler kuasa la katakan..
2nd aku hantar suh wat lobang ekzos je ..rm40..
then balik umah aku beli kertas pasir & autosol aku gosok port angin & ekzos bg berkilat...

silap aku gak masa 1st time porting tu mmg aku suh dia jgn usik lobang ekzos..kalu x kosnya hanyala rm25je

aku potong tu pun sbb amik idea dri blok rxz yg xde dinding kt port minyak tu..tp kan aku rasa lg better jgn potong pun dinding tu..mcm lg byk keburukan dari kebaikan je..

so 1st stage ni nak sedap

polish x perlu pantang...
rebore perlu pantang

Port tu plak dah dikira modified.... nak jadi laju la kononnyer..
x perlu pantang... lenjan jer... sampai moto bearing hancur...kekekeke

bab bobos tu x ngam minyak jer... x de kaitan ngan block atau port... itu di sebabkan carb ... menjet x bersesuaian....

aku xtaula nak mendefinasi kan 1st stage ni mcm mana 2nd stage lak mcm mana..asalkan kita tau ape kita dh wat kt blok sendiri ok dh rasanya..
penting ni sbb nnti lau pomen nak set carb depend kt blok..so nnti pomen dptla bayangan sikit2..

port minyak:
pada pendpat aku lobang minyak ni kalu kita port xkan effect pada performance kalu dua lobang port yg lain(angin+ekzos)xusik..maksudnya mcm xde maknanya(kn pmpn suka sebut "xde maknanya")..porting lobang minyak dibuat sbb nak melancarkan minyak yg masuk dlm kuantiti yg byk..yela sbb bila dh port lobang angin+ekzos, carb kene set@naikkan menjet..so kt sini kn jumlah minyak yg nak masuk dh byk..so kne besar kan lobang minyak la..

port angin@kdg2 org kg pgil transfer port:
porting port angin ni leh wat perfomance naik@rpm leh naik tggi..
so kalu dh porting lobang angin carb kene set balik..sbb flow angin dh jd laju masuk blok & laju nak kuar dri blok..xsemestinya bila dh port angin,ekzos pun kne port..port angin pada aku mcm sesedap rasa la..akan wat moto laju sikit banding dgn moto stended..fc lak xde lak parak sgt..berbaloi dgn kelajuan..

port ekzos:
pada aku part ni la paling kritikal..sbb lobang ni la yg menentukan moto akan jadi teramat laju@teramat slow..rami pomen xsuggest porting lobang ekzos teramat besar sbb nnti gear 6 drop kaw2 gila kentang..cthnya gear 5 dpt 10.5..gear 6 turun jadi rpm 6..kne port sedang2..
lg 1 bila dh porting ekzos kne pandai main throtle(bace mesin)..sbb akan smpai 1 tahap kita bantai full throtle,ujung rpm akan tiba2 jadi bunyi nyaring..lepas tu terus padam..minyak xcukup..padahal setting carb dh cun sblm tu..so kne pandi main throtle(blow off minyak)..
low rpm lak akan jd berat..so xsesuai sgt tuk wat jln town@ naik berdua..kne bantai full throtle je memanjang kalu xnak minyak parak..

kalu nak modi lobang angin tp nak bunyi stended ni rasanya tgok kt ekzos & kotak angin...
selalunya kalu dh modi lobang angin(sbb nak angin masuk byk) org akan:

1.tebuk lobang kt kotak angin + still pki span(yg ni byi leh kata mcm stended lg)
2.tebuk kotak angin+buang span(yg ni byi mmg dh xstended la)
3.buang terus kotak angin(yg ni byi mcm motor ultra..huhu)

ekzos lak kalu stended& still dara lg mmg xdehal nk byi stended..
kalu dh pki EJM/chamber sah2 xdpt nk byi stended..
kalu ekzos stended xpernah wat pape tp kalu bhgn dlm ekzoz dh nipis(selalu buang carbon guna soda) xdpt gak bunyi stended..

pasal bobok tu lak depend kt setting carb..kalu pilot/jarum/mj suma cun insyaallah xkn ade bobok tu

tu polish cylinder blok darksics...yg tc maksudkn ni polish lobang angin n ejos kot?kn?polish tu nk bg licinkn port2 minyak n angin masuk kua..tp kalo licin cgt pon xboleh jgk kt port angin,katanyer nk bt turbulent ckt flow angin masuk..wallahualam
