Budak Kt, biar saya jawab soalan kamu tu, pengalaman saya pemasangan karburater rxz millenium kepada 125z block standard, disesuaikan pilot jet 27.5....untuk senang permulaan penyalaan api, satu kali kick start terus hidup, dan main jet tukar kepada saiz 190 memang best result bagi motor saya, warna plug pun coklat, tapi syaratnya takat jarum jangan usik biar tengah dan karburater mesti asal Jepun. Kalau rasa engin masih ada kurang pickup atau lancar Kotak agin pula pemilihan diantara tebuk lubang letak span, ataupun buang span je. Setting agin.....lebih kurang daripada dua pusingan.

Antara cara cara yang dicadangkan untuk motor standard ialah :

Setting sporcket 15-37
Tukar kepada rim alloy lidi tayar 70-80,
Check tengok breake pad ketat sebab piring disk belok
Tukar 4 bearing racing pada rim anda, satu pada sproket hub.
Extream lagi boleh tebuk lubang pada chasis dan swing arm anda supaya lebih ringan.

Untuk engine pula, tapi syaratnya engine masih berkeadaan baik....

Tukarkan coil api motor original seperti nsr, yz 125, atau pro sikit kereta "kancil" ,pakai plug ngk power, Cdi cut off tapi original .
Pakai boyesen reed valve dual stage, atau yang mahal v Force4,
Tukar cluth spring yang tegangan tinggi,
Pakai minnyak hitam and 2t yang berkualiti,
dan satu lagi teknik pakai booster botol seperti RXZ "Yamaha Induction Energy Sistem"

Satu soalan lagi..skrg dah pakai carb 125z..tapi kenapa kadang-kandang pagi boleh kick satu dah start..tapi lepas bawa..(macam beli barang kat kedai)lepas tu nak start balik..kena pulas throttle?pagi pagi start tu tak pulas dan boleh start gitu je..kenapa erk?macam ada yang tak kena aje...pomen dah guna tape tu tapekan kotak angin yang dah tebuk tu..

Pilot jet 15..mainjet 125..kotak angin tu dah tebuk tapi sudah tape tinggal sikit lubang je..blok standard 050.. start pagi memang payah..plug hitam je..yang tgh tu dgn luar sama kolour..apa saya kena buat?naik pilot?skru angin tu separuh pusingan saje..

Ada satu kemungkinan besar iaitu carb 125z kamu sudah cukup masa untuk ditukar. Saya pernah mengalami carb rxz saya tidak dapat setting angin yang baik dan bobok walaupun saya tebok lubang buang getah kotak air cleaner, tukar jarum asah, testing setting macam macam.... hampir setting nak gila....Selepas ganti yang baru. Masalah pun selesai lagi mudah setting. Tapi belilah original buatan Jepun.

adoiyaii klau susah2 sgt antr pomen je senang..dh try tgk colour plug? confirm ke salah setting carb.. clutch cable semua ok.. klau boleh ambil gmbr plug then post kt sini..baru abam2 yg terer boleh bgi jawapan.

kalau ak carb mili dah ok.. carb apapn mcm mili ka bosch ka kalau setting cun baru leh rasa power + penjimatan mnyk dia .. kalau setting tk cun, siap la duit bnyk2 nk isi petrol  Laughing

salam buat semua, saya nak tanya sikit tentang set carb rxz catalyzer ni, ekzos potong, sarang buang silencer tukar pakai rxz. blok stendet. spoket 15-37. nak set jimat minyak ja. brapa size minjet dah pilot yg diperlukan? mohon penjelasan. saya baru ja belajar set2 carb ni, jadi tolong kasi info yg mudah utk faham ya kawan2 semua.
