i dont really like using yeis since it add more heat to my engine..or is it because the configuration of the yeis itself making it hotter? once i try to fit a DIY yeis to my bike,try running it for the first time,and not bad,it fix the sluggish problem at mid rpm..but my engine easily become hotter compare with before i install the yeis
i use a 200ml plastic bottle(fork oil bottle),a tubeless tire valve(with the inside's part removed) to connet the tube from the bottle itself to the intake manifold..is it because the tube is too small?the diameter of the tube is only quater of inch.. Owh no problem bro, hehehe... but for my and other members reference could you tell us pilot jet & main jet size in your Mikuni TM 28 carb? because I ever use Mikuni TM 24 SUDCO before, ideal jetting is 30 for pilot jet and 130 for main jet. hehehe.... Boyesen first step bro, Insya ALLAH if I get more money I will buy Vforce3 reed valve system. have you ever try to reduced tube volume? or try to installing Yamaha RXZ YEIS system? I ever read some article that the ideal size for Boost Bootle size is 0.80-1 : 1 with engine displacement, for example 125 cc engine in Yamaha Touch 125 cc is only use 100 cc volume plactic induction chamber with short hose. last week I got Yamaha RXZ YEIS system, and planning to use in my 125Z. thanks bro. | |

| i have a 'little' problem with the carb,the pilot is just nice,but the main jet is not sufficient enough..as for the last jetting, i use mainjet size 315,and pilot size 35..we suspect that the special jetting named 'air jet' need to be change to a smaller size,but since its really hard to get a replacement for that 'air jet',i just left as it is..owh i already port my head block,so i think the jetting will be different on other bike..

thanks for the info,already got 100ml bottle..maybe need a little bit tweak on the hose Owh I see... Air jet function is metering the air flow through the passage to and into the needle jet. It acts as a fine tuning component in regulating the fuel-air mixture... base on some experience in carb setting if you want to lowering the main jet size you have to increasing the main air jet size. In my town, with many mechanic roadracing use TM 24, so if they want to improve the performace in that carb they moddified the air jet hole so Yamaha RXKing pilot jet can fit into it, becase they have the same diameter... RXKing use Mikuni VM 26 carb, and have 22.5 pilot jet's size. you can try to replace the air jet TM carb with pilotjet from VM or TM carb. | |

| spe c moto taun baru.... head ptg 2mm blok korek lubang ekzos secukup rase... piston 0.75 carb kips pwl 28mm (mainjet 115 & pilot 43.5) pkai 2t bancuh sepenuhnye...(pam 2t rosak) tayo blakang 90/80 tayo dpn 70/90 pick up: pulas jek pegi,pulas jek pegi(pinjam ayat sape x tau)

| bro2,meh tlg aku yg tgh blur dgn moto ak ni..ak br wat standard modi..tapi x leh pegi gak..cam sebelum ak hntr wat je..ade sikit perubahan je..duit dh melayang,tapi x memuaskan..kalo men sekilo,ade la sket perubahan..kalo pemanduan biasa, cam x de pape je..ni spec moto ak:
piston 0.5dt ekzos bm power karb rxz mainjet 240 pilot 30 head potong 0.5mm kalo x silap klac die usik, tapi x tahu apa yg dia buat..memang responsive cdi racing bee sprocket 15-38
tapi still x de beza sgt..try sekilo ngan tzm,gear 1-4 ak tapaw, 5-6 kadang2 tzm 2 dpt potong pomen 2 ckp ngan ak, kalo wat stndrd modi ni leh dpt out meter..tapi meter ak kalo bwak bese hbs pusing throttle 150 je..mcam dlu gak..kalo 2 org 140..meter ak mmg brt sket
