hehe aku xbermaksud aku setting menjet besar tu mean gile2 besar sgt..maksud aku besar tu just up menjet sikit dri saiz stended...naik pn 1 takuk je jd 105..pilot xusik -sbb blok pn stended, piston pn kecik lg saiz 0.25...dsbbkn blok pn stended so x naik byk2..setting akuni sbb blok stended mended...

maybe setting ni depend kt cara penunggangan masing2...
cara aku selalunya bwak kt hiway xpnah full throtle..nak dkt2 tu adela..&xlebih dari sejam.lepas sejam stop tepi & sejukkan enjin jap 10minit..so aku jarang gantung throtle tuk slowkan rpm(turunkan suhu enjin sikit)..kalu aku nak slowkan rpm sikit pn(gantung throtle)mmg selalunya aku stop enjin teros kt mana2 R&R

&ade gak cara org yg lain giler2 menten full throtle then main2 gantung throtle.

type cara penunggan ni bg effect yg ln2 kt heating engine.yela sapa yg nak engine dia 'meletop' kan sbb heating sgt..so cara penunggangan kita gak akan bg effect kat Setting Carb & Penggunaan Pilot n MainJet

kesimpulannya pndek cerita pilot penting menjet pn penting... ssh gak nak explen kt sini..kdg2 masing2 salah phm.so bila bace pun jd ln.. hehe..patik masih baru lg...tunjuk ajar la eh mana yg xbetul:m174:

situasi moto jem time pilot ambik alih aku pernah kene...tgh sedap2 meroket 160km/j tetibe ada roadblok polis kt tgh highway..bila turunkan pusingan trottle minyak automatik enjin mati terus...bila sampai umah bukak blok tgk dah jem..time 2 blok dah saiz 0.5 tp still gune setting lama..mainjet 105, pilot 15.. bila difikir balik betul jugak..dah meroket pastu xboleh turun mendadak terus..pilot xsupport...ape lg enjin jem lah..paham kn situasi aku ni?hehe

dari pengalaman aku lah...klu nk meroket berjam2 pun risiko utk jem panas sgt kurang kalau setting cun..kalau lama sgt meroket, paling teruk pun head bocor ajer..hehe

kengkadang kite perlu belajar dari pengalaman..dah jem 2 3 kali baru tau cmne nk jaga elak dari jem lepas nie...walaupun sgt mahal kene byr...huhu

ni dari ape yang aku set kat motor aku n dari ape yg pomen aku gtau lar,mane tau kot lain org lain care..

saya setuju yg arif

tp kl minyak dr pilot tu overlap byk sgt ngan minyak dr menjet,kompem tgh jadi sebu kan,kan kan?

sbb tu bleh pki menjet kecik,eh ye lah.....

kalau pakai pilot besar2,menjet leh pakai kecik / ngam2 hoo...

tapi papepun kene tgk pade gaye penunggangan,motor nak wat jalan hari2 ke,men hiway saje ke,men pickup ke..

klau nak sume tu (tamak),pakai sestandard yg mungkin,xyah tebuk / korek sana sini sangat..hehe

piston saiz .75,porting exhaust n intake port,head skimmed,exhaust standed,kotak angin x tebuk ape2,carb bosch,pilot 30,menjet 165..

*ni ler setting g gua tempurung aritu... haha ramuan pomen aku,dah cam bawak motor standed je rasenyer..

ouh btol tu..kdg2 ayt org ilmu tgi ni ley jd ambk mase seumur idop gak nk phm..hahaha..aritu aku polish lubang ekzos kt blok tu..skg mto semput...ak g bengkel pomen tu kate kne up menjet/pilot sbb angin dah lebih n myak xsupport..plug reading pon xcukup myak..da la mto long distance..hahaha..ni la akibat org xd keje cr keje..hahaha...pe cadangan otai skalian thadap mto sy yg lemah ni...hehehe

xperlu polish,tule gatal sgt..hehe

klao polish,akan effect flow pengeluaran kat exhaust port tu..moto jadi sebu sebab flow jadi terlalu smooth..

*x semestinye up menjet / pilot myk makin parak,tgk pade gaye bawak motor / gaye pulas throttle / gaya main mesin macammane.. kalu kene gaye,menjet 180 pun save cam standard..
