takyh nk besarkn lubang tu pn takpe...
yg penting setting 2t kene sentiasa cun..jgn pakai 2t murah..
kalau tgh miskin pn, guna la shell advance S atau SX..ni lbh pekat & slmt...
kalau blh jgn guna 2t peronas 2000 atau seangkatan dgnnya & ke bwh...sbb 2t ni cair..
bab2 karbon/kerak tu blkg citer...smpai ms, blh cuci...
kalau nk jln jauh tak kira la nk menten laju gile atau rilek2, 2t kasi lbh atau pn bancuh dlm tank petrol...
tp kalau ada kene jem panas, piston bobos, piston pecah, kebarangkalian utk bearing tu rosak lg tggi lar...

kalau ada bukak headblok, try pusingkn crankshaft tu..
kalau kt crank tu berminyak jer, tu dh cun lar...
kalau kering atau tak nmpk 'basah', kene lebihkn 2t lg kalau nk jaga bearing...

plan nk tukar bearing kt crank kod 6205 skf enduro+ C4 yg sebijik harga rm70 tu...

spek blok:dh modi ...
cara tunggangan:kt town bwk rilek2 mcm apek cina jual sayur......kt hiway nk blik kg meroket...

so pe pendapat pengguna skf c4 ni...ke korang suggest kn guna je skf enduro c3 yg harga rm25 sebijik tu.....tahan x kalu nk guna bearing skf C4 smpi 5@6 thn akan dtg..

kt crank 125z C3 dah memadai,nk pakai ok je,beza C3 n C4 kt clearance je,C tu wakil kpd clearance,clearance bola bearing bergerak ke atas n kebawah dlm landasan bearing,tue pun skit je pun,klu ade bunyi bising pun skit je,tah perasan ke x,blh je nk pakai,kene gaye maintain ok je,selagi x jem kaw..

skf enduro C4 ni ade 1 ball ceramic..ceramic ni sifatnya tahan panas..
tp tahan2 pun mantanance kne igt..2t bkk xle lokek2..lg kalu nk long distance..
bunyi pun ade bising sikit..sikitje...

harga c4 lak rm70 sebijik..banding c3 rm26 sebijik..
c4 ni kalu moto modi terasa la performancenya..kalu moto stended c3 dh memadai...
bayangkan moto stended pye output smpi takat tu je tp pkai c4..so ade kerugian sikit disitu..

tp kalu moto dh modi limitatation kt bearing tu leh diatasi dgn pki c4 ni..
pd aku c4 ni performance sama mcm realibility selagi kne dgn tgn yg pndai jage moto..
mcm tula serba sikit pemahamannya...pki berdasarkan ko guna bearing tu tuk watpe..
tepuk dada tye selera... Very Happy

ikut bajet bro jugak...kalo ade duit lbey kasi sumbat 2bijik enduro+ C4 kat crankshaft...gearbox n balancer pakai SKF E2 fibercage C3...

pakai C4 nie ade bunyi berdesing ckit time bwk slow...bunyi lain yg pelik2 tu aku rse xde lg wat mse nie kecuali bunyi piston ring n housing clutch...hehe...

kalo x silap dulu ade penah terbaca yg bearing racing nie function die boleh support lg tinggi RPM...

contoh je:-
std = 12,000 RPM
fiber = 13,000 RPM
ceramic = 14,000 RPM
full ceramic = 17,000 RPM

hrtu lepas free rev time set angin...bearing tetap maintain xde bunyi pelik2 tp piston ring skang bunyi mcm da nak tanggal... Laughing time tu pakai 2T Evinrude XD30...

adushhh,baru jek bukak muto,skali tgk bearing crankshaft pecah..adoyay...alang2 dh bukak,ingat nk sumbat tros bearing yg ho-liaw sket..bearing ape ek bro yg sesuai utk muto modi ni..modi sket2 je..hehe

minimum masuk bearing SKF Enduro C3 TN9(Fibercage) @ SKF Energy Efficient C3(Fibercage) pun ok...kalo ade duit lbey bley samba SKF Enduro+ C4 TN9(Ceramic+Fibercage)...

klu ade pakai la skf enduro fiber c3,kategori highspeed bearing gk,tahan n terjamin,klu blh jumpe lagi la,skrg seme dah jd c4,kt 125z cukup la c3 je,pakai c4 enjin mmg ringan,jgn terkejut top jd 'mati',nk2x lak sumbat full high speed bearing,sedar2x jem je atas h.way..
p/s=klu moto trn time function je blh la nk full fiber bearing ke ape..

pakai c4 enjin mmg ringan,jgn terkejut top jd 'mati'...boleh counter dgn trunkan ratio sprocket supaya engie kurang mengerang time top speed...top pun boleh bertambah...

kalo x silap bearing ceramic lg tahan dr bearing fiber time hi rev...sbb bebola besi mengembang dgn byk waktu panas...makne nye lg tinggi RPM lg panas engine...lg panas engine lg byk bebola bearing mengembang n menyebabkan clearance bearing bukan lg C3...mungkin da jd C2@C1... scratch Evil or Very Mad

consistent tu penting... study study

semakin tinggi rpm,semakin panas,semakin panas,semakin bola2x dlm bearing kembang,dah memadai clearance c3 kt 125z nie,alahai x smpi pun rpm15++ kt atas jln tue,klu nk smbt fiber la,ceramic la,plastik ke ape lg la Laughing melainkan moto bt main,trn time function je,high speed bearing ngan bearing biase x byk membezakan top speed,sekadar ringan je enjin n cpt untuk capai top speed..
p/s=pakai ntn tm6205cc2-japan hx,c2..rilek je pepah rpm10++ full-throttle,LPT-k.T'ganu,xde lg la masalah bearing cpt mengembang la ape Razz

sudah msok skf fibercage c3..memang zing2.tp nk kene runner pelan2 dulu sbb baru pas overhaul..block pun rebore lagi..cume masuk bearing tu kt crankshaft..tunggu sebulan utk uji bearing tu..dlm pantang nii
