aku pernah mintak quotation harge bearing dari Beltco tu,lagi murah dari beli direct kat SKF.. ke sebab aku pakai nama fakulti kejuruteraan Um..hehe

to anep : bearing dalam enjin ade 8 klau x silap

crankshaft : 2
gearbox : 4
balancer : 2

biase orang tukar yg mahal2 ka crankshaft je.. brand FAG paling mantap tapi susah nak jumpe yang genuine skang (portugal mari).. SKF pun orait gak,terbukti..

nak mantap pakai SKF ceramic,RM6+ seketol untuk crank,tapi sesuai untuk hi rpm je..

pakai SKF Enduro C3 pun dah ok,yang ni ringan sket berbanding standard..

nak lagi sedap pakai SKF fiber,lagi sedap SKF ceramic..

ap kelebihan pakai bearing2 mahal dlm enjin ni brbanding stended koyo?
bearing ceramic...fiber n bla bla ni leh up top speed ke?
bearing2 ni ke yg org pggil bearing racing tu???

pernah dengar ura ura honda fame masuk fully bearing racing leh follow rxz<<betol ke ni???

n 1 lg...kalaw pakai bearing mahal kt rim bleh up top speed ke??
bminat sgt2 kalaw bleh la sbb bnd ni xkacaw enjin(korek2 porting)...

buatpe pakai racing bro? pakai ori motor ler...olijinal koyo japan......... Razz

mane ada masuk bearing racing blh jd laju kaw2?
ex5 aku dulu full fag c3...setakat pickup gear 2,3 terangkat tu biasa lar...smpai rantai putus pn ada...
125z dulu pn sempat guna fag fiber kt crankshaft jer... silent
kelebihan cuma enjin lg ringan...bkn timbang kilo jd ringan, tp pusingan jd ringan...
satu lg, bila dh terlampau laju, bearing ni blh support lg...kalau bearing standrd, mmg kejap je dh bunyi kasar...

bearing high speed/c3/fiber masuk kt rim tu lebih kurang mcm pakai rim aloi kecik + tyr kecik lar...
nk kata gila2 laju tu takdela...tp bila bwk mtr tu terasa la ringannyer...

kalau duit byk, dr beli coverset mahal2 yg kalau jatuh kompom calar/crack/pecah tu, lg baik gi overhaul, masuk full bearing...bajet dlm rm1k lbh skit (fag fiber)....
gerenti puas hati...kalau jaga minyak hitam, jg 2t, mmg tahan lama mcm ori motor jugak....

performance tu tak pasti mana satu yang lagi ok..

so rasanya yg jage bearing ni just 2t la kn...

so nk tye..kalu nk lebihkan 2t supaya terpercik/terkena bearing kt crank ni nk wat mcm mana...
aku igt nk besarkan lagi 2 lobang kecik kt crank kiri kanan tu..
dgrnya function 2 lobang kecik tu tuk laluan 2t utk pelinciran crank/bearing kacang kt connecting rod blah bawah tu/bearing crank kod 6205 kiri kanan tu

so pe pndpt ko

takyh nk besarkn lubang tu pn takpe...
yg penting setting 2t kene sentiasa cun..jgn pakai 2t murah..
kalau tgh miskin pn, guna la shell advance S atau SX..ni lbh pekat & slmt...
kalau blh jgn guna 2t peronas 2000 atau seangkatan dgnnya & ke bwh...sbb 2t ni cair..
bab2 karbon/kerak tu blkg citer...smpai ms, blh cuci...
kalau nk jln jauh tak kira la nk menten laju gile atau rilek2, 2t kasi lbh atau pn bancuh dlm tank petrol...
tp kalau ada kene jem panas, piston bobos, piston pecah, kebarangkalian utk bearing tu rosak lg tggi lar...

kalau ada bukak headblok, try pusingkn crankshaft tu..
kalau kt crank tu berminyak jer, tu dh cun lar...
kalau kering atau tak nmpk 'basah', kene lebihkn 2t lg kalau nk jaga bearing...

plan nk tukar bearing kt crank kod 6205 skf enduro+ C4 yg sebijik harga rm70 tu...

spek blok:dh modi ...
cara tunggangan:kt town bwk rilek2 mcm apek cina jual sayur......kt hiway nk blik kg meroket...

so pe pendapat pengguna skf c4 ni...ke korang suggest kn guna je skf enduro c3 yg harga rm25 sebijik tu.....tahan x kalu nk guna bearing skf C4 smpi 5@6 thn akan dtg..
