harap otai ley sharekn ilmu beliau buat tatapan warga m125z yg ade muto baru or yg bru je lepas bore up block+up piston~

For newly purchased motorcycle/car or newly installed cylinder
block or rebore block, This is an example of engine hard breakin
procedure as per motoman mototuneusa break in method.

step1: warmup the engine for 5-10minutes on idle
step2: go outside your cityand do the quick acceleration and deceleration
step3: use all your gears
step4: rev it hard but dont let the throttle steady on the same
speed, always play with your throttle
step5: After 50kms of hardbreakin, change oil and change the oil filter (a must)
step6: hardbreakin again for the next 500kms
step7: change oil after 250kms
step8: hardbreakin again
step9: change oil and change oilfilter
step10: hardbreakin
step11: change oil after 1000kms and change oil filter
step12: enjoy your fast bike!!!

aku baru rebore dlm bulan lepas. stail bawak gune care yg die tunjuk tu, tp yg pasal minyak itam, tak ikut.

kalo ikot nasihat die, tuka minyak itam selepas 50km, 250km, 500km, dan 1000km. tak silap, minyak itam 125z ni cume kat gear je. tak masuk skali kat silinder blok. so aku rase tak perlu nak tuka minyak itam sekerap tu.

bnda ni dgn bhasa kampung nya moto berpantang la....pantang dgn cara yg lebih efektif @ advance....hahaha....kalo xslap....

kalau ikutkan memang la kena tukar minyak itam ikut stage tu..
aku pun buat macam ni gak.. 50KM,250km,500km guna minyak 4T mineral.. dah tak ingat.. yang paling murah.. 1000KM.. guna miyak fully sintetik.. hehehe.. so far ok la jugak..
aku buat lepas oberhol hari tu.. memang kena buat macam kat vide hidup sihat tu.. acelerate & deaclerate.. kena main throttle.. kalau throttle steady je.. kemungkinan blok calar dan sewaktu dengannya boleh berlaku..

die oberhol moto ak.. pas2 da siap die ckp kat ak, cap, nti blik umah, atas higway 2 ko bantai je full trottle... tdi aku tes pon dpt 180.. hehe... ak pon balek stedi je 180...
seb bek xde jdi ape2... ak xtaw lak ade rsiko blok calar or ape2.. hehee...

tp yg ak pelik pomen tu suh berpantang lebih 2500km scratch

rpm plak dye xbg lebih 4 ... affraid mpus ak nk cekaw 2.5k km tu

dye ckp kalaw jem means ak lebih rpm 4 ...

dye cakap piston dgn blok ad ketat ckit (ngape ntah ak xfaham ) ...

anyone leh komen ??

haha lawak2...
rebore ade 2 jenis..1 rebore fit...1 lg rebore xfit(racing)...
rebore fit ni mmg lama sikit pantangnye....dulu kala time aku rebore, apek cina tu kata 2000km pantang...mampus aku nk tgu last2 500 km dh bantai..
rebore racing kejap je pantangnye...

pe der hal...ade je bdk baru pas beli moto bwk 60-70kmh dri jb g ayer keroh then patah balik jb..sbb nk abiskan pantang cpt....
ape guna hiway nun terbentang luas..Twisted Evil

stendet la baru rebore macam tu.. moto+kereta sama je.. kena berpantang..
2T yang ko guna pun main peranan gak bro..
buat masa ni.. better pakai 2T mineral je..
baru rebore.. piston ring semua baru.. bucu2 kat ring still tajam.. kemungkinan untuk blok calar agak tinggi kalau bawak moto High RPM..
kalau nak try hard breaking.. risiko dier blok akan calar balik.. so ikut step kat video tu betul2..

p/s. pernah kejar MYVI on d way gi JB.. MYVI baru no. plat n road tak blum ade lagi.. tapi driver bawak dalam 160KM/J.. tu kira proses hardbreaking yang tidak diketahui oleh bakal owner kereta tu.. ahhahaha

salam..aku aritu 200km dh bantai fulltrotle,akibatyer,ring da bunyi ngn agak kuat akibat drpd ketidaksabaran..
babet-kalo aku pantang besenyer rpm bwh 6,kalo bwh 4 tu,mcm seksa sgt je nk habiskn 2.5k tu
